Cloudflare Announces Date of Investor Day 2025

San Francisco, CA, December 19, 2024 — Cloudflare, Inc. (NYSE: NET), the leading connectivity cloud company, today announced that it will host an Investor Day on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. The event is expected to start at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time (10:00 a.m. Pacific time) and conclude at approximately 3:30 p.m. Eastern time (12:30 p.m. Pacific time).

This event will be held at the New York Stock Exchange in New York, NY. A live webcast will also be accessible from the Cloudflare investor relations website at cloudflare.NET. A replay of the presentations will be available following the completion of the event.
