Excited to announce that Workers platform users can now sign up to request early access to Database Connectors and Socket Workers. These connectors will allow developers to query a Postgres or MySQL database directly from a Worker. This will also be compatible with a series of database partners. Socket Workers will allow for this communication over QUIC, TCP, and UDP.

We’re looking for customers who want to build new applications or migrate existing applications to Workers while either working with data that’s stored in a relational database, or connecting to other services over QUIC, TCP, and UDP protocols.
